carmenbeck Are these more of a medium brown or a deeper chocolate brown?? Also, is there any way that you could measure from the heel to the tow, the heel to the top of the boot and the measurement across the heel itself? I have a stupid wide foot and I’m interested but I’m worried about getting them and them being too tight.

laurabeacon @carmenbeck Hi! No problem: Heel to toe 10.5 inches. Base of heel to top of boot: 14.5inches and the heel is 2 inches wide! I'll post a picture of the boot with a typical brown paper bag for colour reference! Let me know if you need any other measurements :)

carmenbeck Across the heel the width is only 2” wide?? Can you verify- that seems small. Can you also measure the widest part of the sole? Like across?? Im comparing it to the bots I now have. The other measurement I need is the calf measurement. Thanks!

laurabeacon @carmenbeck Hi! The heel is 2 inch wide x 3 inch long! I will post a picture of the heel with my tape shortly :) The widest part of the sole is 3.75 inches, and the calf measurement is 6.5 inches, measured flat. I hope this helps! Laura

carmenbeck @laurabeacon i am concerned they won’t fit. My current boots are 2 1/2 across the heel ( measured horizontally) - not heel height. I’m thinking that how you measured , horizontally ??

laurabeacon @carmenbeck Hi! Sorry for being so delayed in my response! I added two pictures detailing the heel measurements, I hope this is helpful for you! The heel height is tapered, 1.5 inch towards the front of the boot, and 1.75 inch at the back. Laura

bernijean i was reading all the info, but sometimes just knowing how they fit another person also helps. these are cute. are the soles rubbery or more harder like a leather sole?

laurabeacon @bernijean Soles are not rubber, more hard but I think the heel may be rubber! I'm actually not at home right now, so can't check. I'll be able to properly confirm later!

laurabeacon @bernijean Hi! I had my husband look at the boots and he says it hard to tell the material of the sole, but it is definitely not rubber. He says it looks more like leather, and that the heel looks plastic. Hope this helps!

laurabeacon Actually the heel looks like it has a rubber or plastic piece and is predominantly made of another material. Will try to post some pictures now :)

bernijean thanks so much. I really appreciate it, a bunch of offers all came in at once and I have to decide, these are super nice looking boots, I was looking for rubber soles b/c of my disability, but will keep these in mind. can always get rubber put on at the shoe repair!
