New in box--never unpackaged (I bought 2). I am happy to carefully unpack it and test before shipping upon request. I have used the other one myself, no issues, same retailer. (Video shows my happy light with specs alongside new in box one)
Personally I think light therapy helps with winter blues but make no medical claims.

Hi, wondering if you may know if this is an LED light or incandescent light?

@jocellabirch I believe it's neither. It is listed as CFML which stands for compact fluorescent light. So it would be more efficient than incandescent bulb, but not as efficient as LED. I have added a video of the one I have been using and off for the last few winters along side the NIB for sale. I have never replaced my bulb but obviously can't make any guarantees on longevity. Check it out. Hope this helps.
