What is the bust and hip measurement?

@fonten1959 aww such a bummer is right. I just want to make sure ... I measured from armpit to armpit where the dress goes in on the photo. Do u want me to measure lower across the bust?

I measured under the armpit more across the bust line which is 18inches. If you want you can try it and then send it back as size was wrong. That works for me if you want to give it a try
