Vera Wang minimalist navy dress

Chic navy with black accents inside pleats, sleeve & neckline edging. French chic color combination. Stretchy and comfortable yet so elegant and unique. Handkerchief hem. Minimalist with flare! 39” at the longest front tip and 36” from shoulder to bottom of hem at the shortest point. 16” pit to pit with stretch allowing for my 36” bust when I wore it. This dress hangs so nicely when it’s on. Substantial weight to fabric. The hemline looks very classy and feminine. Great condition as it was worn twice. No issues, just outgrown.
