Vera Wang black distressed zippers goth grunge low rise

In excellent condition. These are over 10 years old, and still in great condition. They look great with the zippers open or closed and with black fishnet panty hose or tights too. They have a goth punk style and are perfect for concerts. They are low rise Measures about 18 across laid flat 9 inches from waist band to hem inseam 2 inches. They are not cut offs. They were made this way. Only worn a few times.
