Vera Wang Green Dress w/Satin Ruffle Sleeves, Small

I purchased this as NWOT and never wore it.  Falls just above the knee, which I don't wear or else I'd keep this cute little dress. Casual and fun with gathered front and satin ruffled sleeves. Material is like a T-shirt, soft and comfy and no slip necessary. Fits a ladies small / 4-6 but it's loose fitting sp I think an 8 would be fine as well.
