chenelle @el6 I just realized there is no waist... it's one of those free fall dresses, you can tie the sash around your waist.... but from shoulder to the bust line thing is 12" and from shoulder to bottom is 54.5".... the sash starts from the V and goes down to 65" give some. 14" wide in the bust area. I am 5'3" and it's long with no shoes. With shoes the dress will still be long. Not sure if this helps
