Vera Wang Cocktail Dress

Dark navy dress (nearly black) by SimplyVera, Vera Wang. Size is a PM which I assume is a petite medium, fits like a small or size 4 in my opinion. It has a ribbon to cinch at the waist. The material is a soft knit/cotton with chiffon overlay (you can see the overlay in the up close photos).
