Vera Wang Black and Blue Sequin Cocktail Dress Size 14

Vera Wang cocktail dress. Black and blue floral sequin dress. The sequins are mostly matte and with a small amount of shine so it looks more sophisticated. It is a boat neck with a back that dips down in the back to a V. It has cap sleeves and fine tulle detailing along the sleeves and neckline. This dress ran small and I have big arms so I sized up. I was a size 10/12 in other dresses when I took the last picture. DM for measurements.
