Vera Pelle clear outer bag with black leather interior bag

Two bags in one! Outside bag is a clear see-through handbag with black and silver tone trim. The interior bag is black pebbled leather with removable crossbody strap. Never used, but there’s a scuff mark on the clear bag. The leather one is perfect.
