Versatile vintage Vera Scarf in a sort of navy blue polka-dot pattern with pretty seafoam green design on either end. Wear as scarf, long hair wrap or tie, belt, etc. Good vintage condition, no rips or tears noted. No fabric content tag, feels like a blend, perhaps poly or rayon?
