This pretty skirt starts with a fitted waistband. There are two spots of elastic in the back allowing a stretch to about 18 inches. There’s also a back zipper. The skirt is 100% silk fully lined. There is a 18 inch. Back slit for movement. Skirt is fully lined and an excellent condition. I have a long silk jacket in a size small that I believe would fit at 10 also that is a match to this.
