Vera Bradley binder pencil pouch

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sgortney. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Gently used in great condition, Vera Bradley binder insert pencil pouch. There is a tiny stain on the pouch that was there when initially purchased. (see picture) Questions? Leave a comment below!
