lovelyluxury4 Hey! Did you find anything out with USPS? I tried talking to someone the other day, and because poshmark sent it & I wasn't receiving it, they wouldn't tell me a thing. Then I tried doing an online claim & request to find the package, and they wouldn't let me :(

princessblueyes @baglover_44 @baglover_44 hey- sorry I wish they was a better way to communicate. I haven’t really found out much other than it went Poshmark and was authenticated and they shipped it to me- from there it’s basically been delayed (aka lost). I have filed an investigation claim for them to find it- apparently the container holding it arrived but they can’t find the actual container

princessblueyes @baglover_44 I’ve also reached out to Poshmark to find out how this works since you technically held up your end and sent it to them like you were told and it wasn’t lost until they had it and mailed it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I assume it will turn up at some point- who on earth knows when

lovelyluxury4 @princessblueyes i am too! Extremely upset! I sent poshmark a very detailed message. Some of us rely on sites like these to pay our bills and they refuse to help us because it hasn't been 10 days since it last updated :( just know I'm trying my best! ❤️

lovelyluxury4 @princessblueyes Hello! Anything from posh or the post office? It's been 10 days at this point, so i believe that's how long you need to wait to file a valid missing package claim. Poshmark got back to me yesterday asking what the order number was and they are yet to respond to me. I'm getting quite upset over this whole situation for both of us!

princessblueyes @baglover_44 posh won’t respond to me- I emailed last night- and I’ve called usps again and was told they’d have to work on a claim but the postmaster is out on vacation this week 🤷🏼‍♀️. I’m not sure what to do since no one will respond to me- I can file a claim with usps but not sure how they’ll refund- the one who really needs to step in is posh and they won’t respond

princessblueyes @baglover_44 is not that- I can change the rating- I was trying to get off the screen- I don’t have the bag- it changed to delivered- I don’t have it- usps still hasn’t updated tracking- still lost since the 17th- something going on behind the scenes- you’ve been great and super communicative

princessblueyes @baglover_44 well I sure as hell hope do bc I received an email with a tracking number that still says lost and in the email they said it’s been delivered and can you check around your house and let us know by 6/29- I’m not a moron and I have to sign for the package- when the post office can’t find it I don’t need 5 days to look for a box that isn’t there and hasn’t been delivered- I’m livid and frankly looking at all of my legal options currently

princessblueyes @baglover_44 the bag never arrived :( I opened a second investigation with usps and they said they’re sorry but it’s lost. So Poshmark ended up canceling the order and refunding :( I’m so sad- I mean- glad Poshmark took care of it but I reallly really wanted the bag!

princessblueyes @lovelyluxury4 yeah- I got a notification that it was delivered but I’m not sure to who or where- there isn’t anything at the house and my husband who works from home was there all day and said no one ever knocked, delivered anything or asked him to sign 😭 they may have found it and delivered to the wrong place or just updated their system 🤷🏼‍♀️ sadly, Ive chocked it up to it’s missing for good unless I have a kind neighbor maybe?
