shinedowngirl87 What kind of condition is this in, new with tags, new without tags, gently used, used, and are there any flaws? What are the measurements of this purse? Is this strap soft or hard? The Vera Bradley purse I have the strap is hard and uncomfortable and irritates my neck so I'm looking for one with a soft strap. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you!

mintedboutique @shinedowngirl87 both the condition and the measurements are listed in this posting. It is new with tags retail (as repeatedly said) and the measurements are literally in the comment above yours. The handles and straps are both hard
