Pre-owned and fair condition Vera Bradley Capri Blue Tote/ Beach Bag. Thick gauge woven straw bag is fully lined; trimmed with sewn on shell border (a few are missing - see pic); double handles in Aqua vegan leather. Faux tortoise shell ring accents; self tie top closure. Height - 12"; width flares from bottom of 11" to top at 22" across. Pre-owned, clean inside - a few shells are missing around the piping (see pics). Some wear on the botton, some fading of the material
