Vera Bradley Frannie Purse in Retired Ellie Blue Pattern

This is a used Vera Bradley Crossbody Frannie purse in the retired Ellie Blue pattern. The purse is in good condition except the strap. It looks like it was cut so the strap is shorter than normal. There is two small stains that look maybe like bleach, see photo. No interior or exterior pockets. Approximate size 9 x 3 x 5.5
