@malaqmedel it does have some stretch in the bottom half fabric, but can’t remember the lace part. I’ll check though when I get home from work and get back to ya. I can say I typically wear a 4/6 and have been pretty consistent with the small size dresses I’ve bought from Venus if that helps as well
