@charminglady107 Hi! I have two sizes of this dress available, and both are brand new. I bought them to wear to a pageant event last summer (I wasn’t sure which size I would need) but never wore them. They are no longer in the original packaging and don’t have tags, but they’ve only been tried on. Both are in excellent condition.
