This dress is absolutely beautiful and is a stand out. It’s in excellent like new condition. The top part is sheer with a built in lined deep v-neck. The back is sheer. The skirt part is made from 95% polyester & 5% spandex with a sheer mesh material that the fringes are attached to. Measurements taken while laying flat: 33” total length not including the fringes 39” total length including the fringes 18” across the bust area 14” across the waist
