"Venus" Gray Pinstriped Dress, size 14, fits like a 12

This is a gray pinstripe dress with an attached vest in front and faux pocket. Dress buttons down the front. Dress is a size 14, but fits like a size 12. Measurement from pit to pit is 19". Like new; never worn.
