Venice Beach California hoodie

This hoodie is not a true XL- it definitely runs small. Super cute and cozy It was tried and on once. It is a fitted sweatshirt , as least on me. I would say it is more of a medium- large So sad, because I love it, it just does not fit very comfortable on me. I can wear it, just very fitted. I prefer loose or baggy hoodies.
