Textured fabric faux wrap front shirt with scalloped hem and halter strap neckline. Adjustable tie behind neck. There is also a decorative tie on the front. Tucked in on the dress form, out on the flat lay. My dress form is a 4/6 so I did have to pin this in the back for pictures. 100% cotton. NWT. Size 28. Measurements in pictures.
