Velzera Short Sleeve Striped, Fringed Bohemian Mini Dress Cover Up Size Small

Made of 100% rayon. Features a Fringed trim, lace up front, wrinkly look, and side slits. Laying flat measures 19" from pit to pit, 17" in the waist, and shoulder to the hem is 30".
