This Velzera size S blue striped Boho inspired tunic top has beautiful multi color flower embroidered flare sleeves with fringe trim on both them and the hemline. It has an elastic scoop neckline and is made of 100% soft cool cotton. This loose fitting comfy top can be worn as a very short dress with sandals to show off those summer tan legs or over jeans for a "Peace Out" look. This top measures 19" pit to pit and 30" shoulder to hem. It is in good condition with normal wear but now flaws or damage to this item. It is a generous size S IMO.
