Velvety Multicolor Paisley Skirt

I love this skirt! Soft, velvety feel (not actually velvet though). It's a bit too large around the waist for me; I am 5'1" and 95 lbs. If I wear it at my natural waist, it comes right below my knee. It has belt loops so I'm assuming once upon a time it came with a belt (belt is long gone). From the looks of the tag, it could be vintage.
