Velvety Maroon shirt with ruffled sleeves and hem

This shirt, size US small, is approximately 30" in length with 33/34 bust. Hip measures 35/36" Main shirt is made of a maroon corduroy/velvet material with light weight/semi-sheer floral capped sleeves and bottom hem. Bought but never worn because it's too small for me. I do not remember where I bought it. Sorry. Excellent condition. Like new!
