This is a velveteen dress with silk looking accents in the front it make be silk not positive. It’s really comfortable and is classy as well. In EUC I haven’t ever worn it out. It’s Beautiful, goddess dress. People have said it doesn’t look like a 14 W. It is, it is stretchy and it’s slimming.

terryb3 The picture shows a waist measurement of 24" which is nowhere close to a 14W. Is that actually the correct measurement?

aimeekillpack @terryb3 Do you mean 28”? That is just the way the apple measuring tape measured it. It was 28” across. Someone else said it was too small to be a 14 W. Its not huge it has a tie. It gathers so perhaps thats why it has a tie to synch the waist. I can remeasure.

terryb3 @aimeekillpack The someone else assumed that the 28" was half of the waist measurement. A 14W has a waist measurement of anywhere between 36 and 40 inches depending on manufacturer. A size 6 has a waist measurement of 27".
