Velvet tie-dye midi skirt

Calling all elf girls! 100% cotton velvet midi skirt, made in Nepal. Asymmetrical hem. Material has a tie-dye effect. Very hippie chic, very Ren faire, very comfy. Waist zips but also has elastic. Size tag says XL; I’m a 12 and it fits me well. Happy to provide measurements, though. Tag says to hand wash but I’ve machine washed it twice now with no effect. Avatar brand—movie tie in? They even use a Papyrus-y font.
