Velvet stretch dress with slight shimmer and side panels

This is a striking floral pattern on a slightly shimmery velvet. The material has some stretch to it and has contrasting side panels. Purchased from Anthropologie but label is Aldomartins from Barcelona. I cut the fabric tag out so I am unable to provide fabric info or size. Fits like a 6.
