Velvet sleeveless dress with pattern design

Dress was bought at Nordstrom. Velvet with different colors and satin bow. Very pretty. Worn once. Excellent condition. No trades. Measurements: bust 13 inch; dress is 36 inches long top to bottom; top of dress to bottom of cleavage slit 11 inch. Back of dress has elastic waistband so it stretches around the bust.
