Velvet short sleeved top

Beautiful and only worn once, this velvet top can be worn dressed up or with jeans. Swingy hem and in a loose (not snug) fit, it is lined with a deep plunge neck. Three velvet hues: light grey, lavender and deep purple. I love this top but it’s one size too big for me.
