Velvet orange smocked dress

Super cute dress, material feels great. I purchased from a local boutique for pictures but ended up wearing something else. I have no issues with it at all, just didn’t end up working for what I was wanting it for! I’m open to offers!! Would be perfect for fall pictures or as a thanksgiving outfit!
