Velvet heart tencel dress/jumper/summer shift

100 percent tencel light blue jumper. it has two side pockets, a button closure in the back, and a roll hem. this is a great vacation piece, and a great item for your summer wardrobe. this fabric is great, it does wrinkle, but it good up so we'll. this item is pre-owned, but shows very little signs of wear. it measures 29" from the center neckline down to the hem, 24" down the side seams, and 21" from armpit to armpit.
