Velvet hat!

Super cute hat from dolls kill! I got it to wear to a festival but didn’t end up going to it cause covid :(. The hat it a little snug on my head and I would say I have a medium/small head so this had would fit someone with a smaller head the best. Basically brand new condition. Has wore around the rim so you can bend it however you want! 🎩
