Velvet floral skater skirt NWOT

Skater/ circle skirt cut. Elastic waist that lays nicely as it should, and doesn’t create a “muffin”. True to size for wet seal plus. I tried it on, and it lays about 3 inches from the top of my knee. I’m 5’5 if that helps.... i also wear a size 1 comfortably in Torrid sizes.
