Velvet feel - Blue peplum long sleeve shirt

STUNNING!!! This shirt is a vibrant blue and the fabric feels and looks like velvet. It has a peplum waist with a tulip style overlap in front. See photos for approximate measurements. The tag says "dry clean" but I have washed it several times in cold water with no problems. Excellent used condition. Comes from non-smoking home.
