Velvet embroidered and beaded dress, 10

I don’t think I ever had a chance to wear this dress. It is a stretchy polyester/spandex ankle length dress with beautiful embroidered and beaded flowers. It says dry clean but it can probably be hand washed. Crossed spaghetti straps. Zippered back. 47” long in back. 16” across back from seam to seam. It flares to 32” across at the bottom. No holes or stains.
