Velvet dress

Navy velvet dress. Measurements and more details in the photos. Bought at a boutique and wore once to a Christmas party. No tares, no holes, looks brand new. I was a size 7/8 when I wore this. It’s stretchy. I paired with black tights and black wedge booties and a cute necklace.
