Gorgeous velvet cocktail dress. Look, I thought the waist thing would be weird but it was so flattering, especially with the wider shoulder style. Beautiful blueish gray. Changing a little in the light. 22/24 with some stretch. small nick and on the back, a few inches up from the hem. Length from shoulder seam: 40” Waist: 21”, bust is a raglan or almost batwing style.
