Velvet by Graham and Spencer mini dress

this is a velvet by Graham and Spencer it is a size large petite it is a shift Style with a ruffle at the bottom the measurements are 20 in from pit to pit and the length is 35 inches. in very good condition. it says the size is LP but I don't think 35" is a petite.
