Velvet by Graham & Spencer cotton full skirt in a bright blue & white floral with a purple fold-down waistband. Lightweight cotton lawn over a white lining. Elastic waist. In excellent condition- only worn a couple of times. Approx: 14” (elastic) waist lying flat 22” long
