Velvet brand silk and stretchy black dress

This knee length dress has a stretchy top half, sleeves that hit just above the elbow, and a silk skirt, with a silk lining. You cannot make out the size on the tag, but I would say it can fit a medium-large. There is a small hole in the top, as seen in the picture.
