Velvet black dress with tie up back and slit

I bought this dress from SHEIN It’s only been worn on one occasion it’s in great condition and is pretty thick material. The original price was around 20$ but has recently been changed so I am willing to negotiate a reasonable price I will say this dress is very flattering!! not too short either as I do have a longer torso this dress will work for anyone around 5’4-5’7. this is a size small!
