Velvet black crop top

This crop top was never worn and brand new. I accidentally washed this not realizing the tags were still on, tags obviously were ruined but the plastic piece still remained. I was in the process of washing any items without tags and this got put in the wrong pile so it’s truly NWT. Very soft top, super cute with the velvet material & front zipper pocket is very stylish.
