Velvet and chiffon semi-formal dress, size 9-10

Vintage wine colored velvet and chiffon semi-formal dress. Empire waist with sparkly floral embellishments on front. Height neckline with peek-a-boo cut out back. Button closure at neck and zip up back. Skirt is flowy and has a satin bottom layer and chiffon top layer. Small snag in the back near the shoulder (see photo). Otherwise in great condition. Size 9-10.
