Velvet Wiccan Dress with Palazzo Pants

So, I made this dress to attend a Halloween Wedding, directly from a Vogue pattern. Worn only once. It's beautifully created from a lovely purple velvet, with matching purple burnt out silk cuffs and palazzo style pants. Frog style buttons up the front. It's not a costume, it is a real dress/pants, but can be worn as a costume. Easily a witch or even a pirate. I weigh about 115lbs, 34b chest, 28" waist, 36" hip. If the smallest part of your waist is more than 30", this will not fit you.
