“Asian inspired” black velvet jacket. Vintage 70’s. Velvet design is a flat quilted stitching with black acetate lining. Silver clasp. I wore over a satin bow tie shirt and jeans and it looked smashing.

estimate 23” from shoulder to bottom of fabric baseline. I’m 5-3 and it falls around top of thigh. Hope that helps
