Velvet Touch empire waist mini dress

Awesome empire waist dress with deep cut front and back. Elastic hem hits me above my knees( I’m 5’ 2” ). Sleeves are 3/4 length. Looks great with leggings, a cute pair of boots, and a jean jacket! Very comfortable! Slight pilling.
