Velvet Torch Formal Gown Dress

Worn once: This is a Velvet Torch Dress size small. Very classy on. It's not a mini but is more of a form fitting and comes almost to the knees. Very flattering on. Has a pink lining so what you see is a black sheer draping of material over the pink lining. Don't hesitate to ask any questions!
